May 4-5      PDX  to  Salt Lake  to  Paris  to  Bordeaux
May 5-6      discover Bordeaux  (town gates: Grosse Cloche, le Porte Caihau)
May 7         pick-up rental car, Sainte Foy-la-Grande to Bergerac to Sarlat
May 8         Saint-Cyprien (market day), Beynac, La-Roque-Gageac 
May 9         Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (market day), prehistory museums, Lascaux II 
May 10       Montfort, Domme
May 11       Sarlat (market day), Souillac, Lacave, Rocamadour
May 12       Martel, Laroquebrou, Aurillac
May 13       Murat, Briode, Le Puy En Velay      
May 14-16  discover Lyon  (district Vieux, etc.)

May 16       train to Geneva, Switzerland
